WARRANTY FOR SINDEX™ CHIPS
BioForce Nanosciences, Inc. warrants that SINDEX™ Chips are free from manufacturing defects for up to 30 days after shipping. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT. Your exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is product replacement or refund of your purchase price, at our discretion.

WARRANTY FOR PROCLEANER AND PROCLEANER PLUS
BioForce Nanosciences, Inc. warrants that except for the lamp, the ProCleaner and the ProCleaner Plus is free from manufacturing defects for up to one year after shipping. For the lamp this warranty extends only for 90 days after shipping. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.
